And especially for them Bombol® has created the innovative 'Bamboo' baby bouncer with its patented dynamic backrest (DBR). The 'Bamboo' baby bouncer is an Italian designed bouncer inspired by (and named after) the amazing features of bamboo as a material: it has a light weight aluminium structure with great flex and sensitivity in the frame and offers babies soft bouncing movements while being strong enough to hold a child of 18 kg.
Despite the simplistic look of the 'Bamboo' baby bouncer, it is highly sophisticated. It has a patented dynamic back rest (DBR) which is designed to help develop your child's motor skills. The flexibility of the 3D frame doubled with the elasticity of the fabric helps your baby to choose position by shifting their weight. The positions - sleeping, sitting or playing - interchange freely and promote healthy physical development by regular movement. This means your child can move into a sitting position to be part of the action or can lay itself down for a nap. The positions can be "locked" by adjusting the straps on the sides when needed, and most importantly they can be released again without removing the child or disturbing a sleeping baby.
The 3D curved frame is of a very precise construction that allows soft bouncing initiated by even the smallest of movements made by your baby while effortlessly carrying its load.
The safety harness is substantial and acts like a brace. It offers great support and peace-of-mind as your child develops and pulls forward. Your child will never tumble out of the 'Bamboo' baby bouncer. Once this support is no longer needed, the harness can be removed and the 'Bamboo' transforms into a comfortable little chair - perfect for rest, TV or looking at books.

The New Born Kit (NBK) helps to adapt the Bamboo Bouncer to very young babies. It has a shorter back rest to cater for a newborn's light weight and it also has an inbuilt head support which is vital for those first weeks. The NBK replaces the original seat and the two are easily interchangable via a YKK zip.
